About Wise Mind Training Limited
We provide a range of mental health and employee wellbeing courses in workplaces throughout the UK. We employ a number of instructors who are approved by MHFA England to deliver adult Mental Health First Aid, Champion and Awareness courses as well as Youth Mental Health First Aid.
We can develop and deliver bespoke training enabling you to tailor the training to suit your needs.
Our trainers come from a variety of backgrounds including management, NHS, manufacturing, construction, emergency services and the leisure industry.

About Heidi:
Heidi became an MHFA instructor in 2016, primarily in the corporate sector. Feedback from delegates is overwhelmingly positive and Heidi takes pride in making the training as interactive, interesting and fun as possible.
With a background as a police officer and a mental health worker Heidi has a gained a good working knowledge of the law relating to equality, in particularly disability related issues. She understands the challenges faced by both the individuals and their managers in the workplace.
Heidi believes in ‘life long learning’ and has recently completed a course with Reading University on ‘Anxiety, Depression and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy’.

Hazel is an experienced manager and lifestyle coach. She has worked in retail, manufacturing and supply. The experience she has gained supporting staff with mental health issues means Hazel understands and appreciates the difficulties faced by line managers and supervisors.
