Starting a 'virtual' conversation about mental health
This 3 hour online workshop is aimed at anyone responsible for managing employees working from home or remotely. Spotting the signs of poor mental health when our colleagues are working from home can be tricky and this course will lead delegates through each stage from spotting the signs, the 4 step approach – Ask, Listen, Encourage and Check and ends with looking at an employer’s responsibilities under UK law.
As with all our courses, a bespoke version can be developed for your organisation.
